National "12th Five-Year" Plan for Science & Technology Support “Research and development of modular biogas equipment”

Basic principle: The biogas holder consists of an outer membrane, an inner membrane, a bottom membrane and the concrete basement. 

     The inner membrane and the bottom membrane confine a space in which biogas is stored. The outer membrane is ball-shaped, which forms an air-tight 

      enclosed space together with the inner membrane. The biogas holder is also equipped with a flameproof blower, which will keep a balanced pressure 

      in the biogas holder

Technical features: ①Use low-pressure storage technology, storage pressure 1200-3500Pa, ensure safe operation; 

     ②Use special biogas membrane with PVC coating, the membrane can resist ultraviolet radiation, H2S corrosion, CH4 penetration, folding, 

     aging and with high tensile strength ;

     ③The biogas holder can withstand strong winds, snow, freezing and other bad weather, temperature of usage: -30-60 ℃, 

      no freezing during in winter for cold region, which ensure safe operation.

     ④30%-60% investment saving compared with traditional wet gas holders. Volume:100-5000m3
